Oregon made some changes to the foreclosure statutes, including a technical clarification of the date that a notice of trustee’s sale is effective. In addition, it has expanded the scope of recordable documents to include documents from the bankruptcy court and the method of certification. Finally, Oregon has supplemented the language to be included on all deeds to warn the purchaser about possible land use prohibitions.
