The registration fee of $950 ($695 and $595 for UTA members if registered by earlybird date) includes an information-packed two-day educational conference with educational material, cocktail receptions, dinner gala, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons and beverage breaks.
Registration fees will not be refunded. The earlybird deadline will be strictly adhered to. Registration badges will be checked upon admission to all events. Substitution of another person from the same company is available up to three days prior to the Conference.
HOTEL & RESERVATIONS
A special hotel rate of $219 single/double has been secured at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch for attendees who register by October 7th based on availability. Just contact the hotel at (480) 444-1234 and note that you are with the UTA. Gainey Ranch will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible in order to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
