UTA’s 37th Annual Education Conference, held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, November 10-13th will feature the hottest, most exciting and relevant education sessions for attendees.  This year’s conference will feature general sessions on Legal Updates; Legislation in several states; Bankruptcy; a Trustees Roundtable; a session featuring four prominent judges; and four ‘short’ sessions, on Fraud and Foreclosure Scams; Eviction and Foreclosure Delay Tactics; the Service Members Civil Relief Act; and a ‘Hot Topics’ session.

In addition to the MCLE accredited sessions, this year’s conference features a trade show, a beautiful outdoor Monday evening dinner / social networking event featuring Karaoke; the 20th Annual golf tournament; horseback riding and jeep tours; many exciting raffle giveaways and UTA’s Foreclosure Certification Course and Exams for California, Arizona Nevada and Washington.
