Washington 'Meet and Confer' Program Signed Into Law

HB 2614, Washington’s ‘Foreclosure Fairness Act’ establishing a ‘meet and confer’ program has been signed into law by Governor Christine Gregoire.  Changes to the foreclosure program are effective June 6.
