Members – a reminder to make sure you’re compliant with a change made from SB 4 last year which affected the Notice of Default:  “No sale date may be set until approximately 90 days from the date this notice of default may be recorded (which date of recordation appears on this notice).”  The 90 day notice is a change from the previous ‘three months’.
