UTA Website Adds Podcasts

UTA has enhanced its website for members by providing podcasts on relevant topics.  Podcasts will be conducted periodically in order to provide another means for members to learn about various ‘hot’ topics.  The first two podcasts are now available on the association’s website.  One is with Robert Finlay, Esq., of Wright, Finlay & Zak, explaining the implications of the Mabry decision and UTA’s amicus brief involving that case; the other is with Phil Adleson, Esq., UTA’s Corporate Counsel, of Adleson, Hess & Kelly, explaining the implications of the 3-Arch decision and UTA’s amicus brief involving that case.
