UTA has several dinner events scheduled for the next few weeks:

April 22nd – Ron Roup, Esq., of Roup & Associates, and UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair will speak California Legislation, Loan Modification, Litigation, and Orange County’s Mediation Program on foreclosure-related lawsuits. The event will be held at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California from 6 pm – 8 pm.

June 3rd – Phillip M. Adleson, Esq. of Adleson, Hess & Kelly, and UTA’s Corporate Counsel, Martin T. McGuinn, Esq., of Kirby & McGuinn, UTA’s Legal Resources Committee Chair, and Ron Roup, Esq. of Roup & Associates, and UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair, will discuss California Legislation, Litigation and local ordinances that adversely affect Trustees. The event will be held at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley from 5:30 pm – 8 pm and is sponsored by LPS Agency Sales & Posting.
