UTA Announces 2010 Officers

Rande Johnsen, President of Trustee Corps, based in Irvine, California, has been elected by his colleagues on the Association’s Board of Directors to serve a second one-year term has President of the Association. As mandated by the Association’s Bylaws UTA’s Officers may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. As an independent trustee, Rande represents many of the top mortgage companies, credit unions, law firms and investors throughout the United States.

Elizabeth Knight, President of PLM Lender Services, Inc., based in Campbell, California, was elected as Vice President of the UTA for the 2010 term. Liz succeeds Deborah Brignac, Vice-President and Site Manager of California Reconveyance Company, in-house trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank, based in Chatsworth, California, who had served in that position for the maximum allowable two terms. PLM is an independent trustee service which specializes in foreclosures, private investor loan servicing, loan documentation, bulk assignments, reconveyances and REO disposal.

Chris Rebhuhn, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Trustee Services Corporation and Vice President of Regional Technology Services, LLC, based in Seattle, Washington, was re-elected as Chief Financial Officer of the Association for the 2010 term. Chris has supervised every aspect of Regional Trustee Service Corporation during its development for the past 15 years.

Felita Kealing, Client Services Liaison/Marketing Representative for Lender Processing Services, Agency Sales & Posting, based in Irvine, California was elected Secretary of the Association for the 2010 term. Felita’s responsibilities with LPS-ASAP include working with trustee and attorney clients in the areas of Marketing and Sales to ensure that their serviced needs are met. Felita succeeds Elizabeth Knight who had served in that position for the maximum allowable two terms.
