Two Board Candidates Withdraw From Ballot
Jeremy Harmon of First American National Default Title Services, and Randy Fernando, of National Asset Management Group have withdrawn from the ballot for the Board of Directors. The Board election will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Annual Meeting, held during the Annual Education Conference in Las Vegas. Harmon and Fernando withdrew for business reasons.
Only “Regular” members have voting privileges. Terms for each of the Directorships is for three years, beginning on January 1, 2010 and ending on December 31, 2012. The Board of Directors oversees the policy, budget and operations of the United Trustees Association, a non-profit corporation.
