UTA Announces Affinity Insurance Program

UTA is pleased to provide a new program for members. Through a new arrangement with Arroyo Insurance Services, we are pleased to provide a Professional Liability Program that covers a wide range of insurance protection requirements including Errors & Omissions. The programs are designed for Foreclosure Trustees, Attorneys and Title companies.

“Through our new affinity insurance program, we are working with an excellent insurance service that works with Lloyds of London and Ace,” said Susan Pettem Vice President LPS Loan Servicing Solutions, and UTA’s Membership Committee Chairperson.

The new programs are designed for a wide range of protection requirements with liability limits up to $5 million and umbrella program limits up to $20 million, for those who qualify.

Members of UTA will receive special, negotiated rates and benefits from several premium calculation factors. “Arroyo understands the default servicing industry, the potential hazards that trustee shops and attorneys are exposed to,” said Tim Pine, of Arroyo. "We construct commercial insurance programs that will protect their business and their assets.”
