San Diego Dinner Examines California Regulations and Nevada Legislation

85 attendees enjoyed a dinner presentation in San Diego by UTA’s Legal Resources Committee Chair Martin T. McGuinn, Esq., of Kirby & McGuinn and Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., of Adleson, Hess & Kelly, UTA’s Corporate Counsel. Martin provided a case law review and Adleson provided information on the regulations issued as a result of the California Foreclosure Prevention Act. An additional presentation on new forthcoming regulations in Nevada was made by Michael Brooks, Esq. of Jolley Urga Wirth Woodbury & Standish and Scott Sibley of Nevada Legal News.
