UTA Silent Auction Raises Seven Thousand Dollars

Twenty Silent Auction Items were sold during the course of the 33rd Annual Education Conference raising $7,000 for the Association, including UTA’s raffle of a 50” Plasma high-definition 1080 flat screen TV.  UTA thanks the companies who contributed the excellent and exciting prizes that led to a successful silent auction.

  • Paul Rhodes of Trustee Services of Arizona gave the winning bid on $200 Best Buy Gift Card contributed by Tere Tucker of Foreclosure Solution Inc.
  • Renee Patrick of Trustee’s Assistance Corporation gave the winning bid on Two San Francisco Giants Tickets and One Night of Hotel Accommodations, contributed by Mike Belote of California Advocates.
  • Jill Rand of JLM Properties gave the winning bid on the Portable DVD Player contributed by Barbara Steele of Prommis Solutions.
  • Jill Rand of JLP Properties gave the winning bid on the 14 Karat Gold and Diamond Necklace contributed by Marsha Townsend of ForeclosureLink, Inc.
  • Steve Wheeler of Master Funding Co. gave the winning bid on the GPS System donated by Martin McGuinn of Kirby & McGuinn.
  • Steve Wheeler of Master Funding Co. gave the winning bid on the Canon Digital Camera donated by Gary Wisham of Allied Trustee Services.
  • Ron Hacker of Morgan Browning Capital gave the winning bid on Four Center Court Tickets to a Lakers game contributed by Lender Processing Services. 
  • Ron Hacker of Morgan Browning Capital gave the winning bid on the $100 Home Depot Gift Card contributed by Steve Dunsmore of Stewart Title of California.
  • Ron Hacker of Morgan Browning Capital gave the winning bid on the $125 Red Rock Gift Card donated by Hank Lopez of RSVP.
  • Mary Wendel of MK Consultants gave the winning bid on the Sirius Satellite Radio, Installation and 3-month subscription, contributed by Margaret Padilla of Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp.
  • Judy Gooler of Monrovia Escrows gave the winning bid on the 14 Karat Gold Earrings contributed by Sandy Dasigenis of Foreclosure Network of Texas.
  • Mark Blackman of Alpert, Barr & Grant gave the winning bid on the $125 Red Rock Gift Card contributed by Hank Lopez of RSVP.
  • Yvonne Wheeler of Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp. gave the winning bid on the $100 Best Buy Gift Card contributed by Steve Dunsmore of Stewart Title of California.

  • Diane Weifenbach of Orange Coast Title gave the winning bid on a Sony Digital Photo Frame contributed by Jeremy Harmon of First American Title.
  • Diane Weifenbach of Orange Coast Title gave the winning bid on a SmartParts Digital Picture Frame donated by Jane Myrick of Security Title Agency.
  • Godfrey Hamilton of Arizona Posting & Auction Company gave the winning bid on an iPod Nano donated by Jane Myrick of Security Title Agency.
  • And finally, Gary Wisham of Allied Trustee Services was the winner of the United Trustees Association’s Raffle for a 50” Plasma High-Definition Flat-Screen TV.

Many terrific prizes were also won and donated by members including a Wii Game System contributed by Chet Sconyers of First American LoanStar Trustee Services and many others.  To top it off, 18 exhibitors also gave prizes to attendees through their own raffle drawings.
