Ronald D. Roup, Esq., of Roup & Associates UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair, will detail SB 1137, with an emphasis on the practical application of the law for trustees, during the Foreclosure Reform Legislation session on Tuesday, November 18th at the UTA’s 33rd Annual Education Conference and Trade Show..  SB 1137 has a significant impact on the processing of nonjudicial foreclosures in California.

“Fully 45 minutes of the session will be devoted to deciphering and explaining what trustees must do as a result of the passage of this law in California,” said Roup.  “The rest of the session will devoted to other legislation in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Nevada.”
