Members -- Have you received your copy of the Spring Issue of UTA Quarterly?  The current issue contains ten feature articles affecting nonjudicial foreclosure; three extensive case law reviews regarding cases in California, Utah and Nevada; legislative updates from several states as well as updates on UTA’s amicus brief in support of the Santa Clara County (California) Recorder and several other industry updates -- as well as membership news.
