Class Will Be Offered Once More This Year

14 paid registrants took UTA’s new basic course – “California Foreclosure 101” – on March 12th in Concord, California.  The course is designed for employees who are new in the default/foreclosure industry.  Course instructors were Randy Fernando of Orange Coast Title and Elizabeth Knight of PLM Lender Services.

The three-hour California Foreclosure 101 course covers basic industry terminology; what foreclosure is; and what information the lender provides, and why.  After taking the course, attendees will have an understanding of all phases in the trustee’s timeline.  The course reviews and provides samples of relevant documents as well as basic information concerning TSGs and other title issues.

The California Foreclosure 101 course will be held only one more time in 2008.
