Los Angeles Dinner Event To Address
City Ordinances and California Foreclosure Legislation

UTA’s Corporate Counsel, Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., Adleson, Hess & Kelly, will speak at a dinner event held on Wednesday, May 14th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills.

Phil will report on several interesting developments occurring this year, including: city ordinances that place the burden on trustees to inspect and maintain properties during foreclosure; the California legislature’s response to the rise in defaults and foreclosures; and State legislation that affects TSGs.
