Will Address Sacramento Legislation

UTA’s dynamic California lobbyist, Michael Belote, Esq., will speak at a dinner event on held on Thursday, April 24th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California. 

Mike will report on the California legislature’s response to the rise in defaults and foreclosures and specifically the introduction of a comprehensive package of foreclosure reforms impacting nonjudicial foreclosure as well as legislation that affects Trustee’s Sale Guarantees.
