San Diego Dinner Meeting Featured Sale Process Re-Enactment

UTA’s joint Dinner Event, held in conjunction with REOMAC on July 19th, proved to be exceptionally popular, as 180 attendees enjoyed a post-dinner presentation on “The Foreclosure Sale Process”. The session was led by Felita Kealing of FIS Default Solutions, Agency Sales & Posting, Hilda Delgado of FIS Default Solutions, Agency Sales & Posting, Lorrie Womack of Cal-Western Reconveyance, and Erik Weichelt of Arizona REO. The lively presentation addressed auctioneer services and responsibilities and demonstrated through a skit re-enactment, several anecdotal incidents that can occur during a Trustee’s Sale.

Prior to dinner, attendees enjoyed a cocktail hour and enjoyed a pre-dinner panel presentation on “Safety Throughout the REO Process” led by Randall Naiman, Esq., of The Naiman Law Group. The event was sponsored by First American Title, Reliable Posting & Publishing, San Diego REO Realtors, REO Modern Realty Co., Priority Posting & Publishing and FIS Default Solutions.
