The United Trustees Association’s 32nd Annual Education will focus on the industry’s hottest topics through dynamic presentations and panel discussions that members will not want to miss. The conference will be held October 28-30th at the new, stunning Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in La Jolla, California. Certification courses will be offered the day before the conference, on Saturday, October 27th.

This year’s fantastic meeting will feature a Judges Panel as well as an updated session on Bankruptcy. Members will enjoy exciting new session on Bidding Strategies and Mortgage Fraud and will hear from an expert on Sanity Management in Today’s Environment – as members cope to keep their sanity in what has become an inordinately busy time. The popular Case Law and Legislative Update sessions return and this year, the conference addresses REO Disposition.

Attendees will also enjoy a wine-testing event Monday evening where the Association will recognize our 2007 Dorothy Schick Veteran Member of the Year and our 2007 Suzanne Kelly New Member of the Year.

UTA’s 15th annual golf tournament will be held on Sunday, October 28th, at the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course (North Course), on the coastal bluffs of Southern California, just minutes from the host hotel.
