UTA’s Default Workshop in Dallas, Texas has been rescheduled for October 10th.

The workshop will run from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm and will include lunch. Held at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre by the Galleria Mall, the session will focus on current trends in the Texas default industry, with topics to include:

• Loss Mitigation (Review of origination files)
• Preforeclosure (Valuation, Repurchase, Tax Transfer Liens, Manufactured Homes, Estate
• Home Equity Foreclosure (Problem Areas and New Trends)
• REO and other Post-Sale Issues (Deficiency Laws, Title Issues, Loss Analysis)

The workshop will be moderated by Jim DeLoach, Esq., of Butler & Hosch.
