UTA’s workshop for front-line staff, held on March 15th, was a major success, with 48 paid attendees attending three one-hour interactive workshops.

The educational sessions were conducted on TSG Audits, taught by Randy Fernando of Orange Coast Title Default Services; Pre-Foreclosure Audits, taught by Linda Kidder of T.D. Service Company; and Posting & Publishing and Sales, taught by Felita Kealing of FIS Agency Sales & Posting. 

Deborah Brignac of California Reconveyance Company and Blanche Harrison of Orange Coast Title coordinated the event.  Many of the workshop participants were relatively new to the industry, with some having as little as a few months in the industry.
