Advertisers – UTA is now taking ads for the new 2009 UTA Guide to Foreclosure Law Books. This new product – sure to be a major seller with members – will provide the statutory foreclosure law along with other relevant information for the year, such as Trustee Sales, Holidays, Recorder’s Requirements and IRS Code.  Three handbooks will be printed in 2009 (1) California, Nevada, Arizona (2) Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah and (3) Texas.

The books will be modeled after the old Westland Review’s Quick Guide to Foreclosure Law.
