More Q & A’s to SB 1137
Additional Information Includes Notice of Sale Translations

In response to the many questions received by the UTA office regarding SB 1137’s impact on processing nonjudicial foreclosures, UTA Legislative Committee Chair, Ronald D. Roup, Esq., of Roup & Associates, has augmented his Ten Reality Questions & Answers with a Bonus Round of more Questions and Answers.

Additionally, UTA is providing members with the Notice of Sale Translations (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog and Vietnamese). SB 1137 was signed into law on July 8th in the State of California by Governor Schwarzenegger. This bill has a significant impact on the processing of nonjudicial foreclosures in California and has raised a number of questions from our membership.
